You’re Never Alone CIC is a confidential service. However, there are certain circumstances where we may need to break confidentiality in order to protect you, others, or our team. These include:
From time to time, calls may be listened to by another peer supporter or staff member. This helps us with training, supporting our volunteers through difficult or distressing calls, and monitoring the service to make sure we are providing the very best support to our callers.
When you contact us by email, our support workers will be able to see your email address. This information is treated as confidential within our organisation. We cannot trace your location or identity unless you choose to provide us with your contact details (such as a phone number or address).
