You're Never Alone -
Supporting SEND families through connection, understanding and community.

We provide compassionate peer support for parents and carers of children with special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Together we create a community of understanding and encouragement. You're Never Alone was started by a SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) parent who experienced first-hand the challenges and isolation that can come with raising a child with additional needs. Inspired by her own journey, she wanted to create a community where parents could find support, share experiences, and access valuable resources. You're Never Alone focuses on fostering connections, providing information, and advocating for the rights and needs of families facing similar challenges. We endeavour to help empower parents, making them feel less alone in their experiences.
What we offer:
• Weekly parent/carer support groups
• Inclusive SEND-friendly events
• Practical guidance, signposting and community support

No booking is required — our weekly support group is drop-in.
Parents and carers are welcome to attend at any time during the session, and there is no pressure to speak or share if you do not feel ready.
There is no pressure to share — you are welcome to simply listen.
Please note: On occasions where we host a special event within the session (such as guest speakers, seasonal parties, afternoon tea, or other planned activities), we may run these as bookable sessions so we can manage numbers and ensure the best experience for everyone.
We also offer peer support to Special Educational Needs. (SEND) parents and carers by phone, email and social media.
